• The Services constitute digital content and digital services delivered immediately upon purchase.
• Performance of the service begins instantly once access is granted or the first interaction is made.
• By using the Services, you explicitly consent to immediate performance and waive your right of withdrawal
• (14-day cooling-off period) under Article 16(m) of Directive 2011/83/EU.
You agree that you are not entitled to a refund once the service has been used, even partially.
All purchases are final and non-refundable, except as explicitly stated in this policy or where required by applicable law.
A purchase is considered “used” when any of the following occurs:
• ending a message or request to any AI model.
• Generating text, images, audio, or other outputs.
• Consuming Credits or accessing paid features.
Refund requests submitted after the Services have been used will not be granted, except where required by applicable law or in cases of verified technical error.
In some cases, you may obtain or purchase credits (“Credits”) to access certain features of the Services. Credits represent prepaid amounts for products or services offered through the Services and must be used within the applicable validity period. Any unused Credits will be forfeited if your Account is canceled or the Services are discontinued. Credits do not have monetary value, cannot be transferred, reloaded, or exchanged for cash, except where required by law. The Company reserves the right to modify the terms governing Credits at any time, and the amount or type of Services available in exchange for Credits may change at the Company’s sole discretion.
Use of any portion of purchased Credits constitutes full performance of the associated digital service.
By completing a purchase, you acknowledge that you have reviewed and accepted this Refund Policy prior to payment.
You may request a refund only if all of the following conditions are met:
• No use of the Services has occurred.
• The request is submitted within 14 calendar days of the purchase.
• You provide valid transaction details.
If the above conditions are met, you may be eligible for a refund, which will be processed using the original payment method.
We reserve the right to use system records, including usage logs, timestamps, and account activity, as evidence when determining eligibility for refunds or responding to payment disputes.

If your purchase includes credits or usage-based access:
• Credits are non-refundable once any portion has been used.

• Duplicate charges.
